Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

You may return or request a replacement for a product within 7 days of the order date, only if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements if:

  • The product has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

  • The issue is related to personal beliefs or lack of spiritual result (as energy effects vary from person to person).


🔁 Return & Replacement Process

  1. Initiate a Request
    Email us at support@blunetra.com within 7 days of placing your order with your order ID and issue (e.g. damaged or wrong product).

  2. Approval
    Once reviewed, we will notify you if your return/replacement is approved and send you the next steps.

  3. Shipping the Product Back
    You’ll receive a return shipping label. Please pack the item properly and drop it at the nearest shipping center.

  4. Inspection
    Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quick inspection (1–2 days).

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after the item is inspected.


📦 Replacement Timeline

  • Approved replacements are usually dispatched within 4 business days of receiving your return.
